Gen Kobayashi

Gen is a forward-thinking strategist who has worked in both media and creative agency roles. Starting life as a comms planner, working at network agencies such as Mindshare and smaller independent agencies like Goodstuff. Gen then moved into Account Planning and brand strategy at creative agencies such as adam&eveDDB and more recently Ogilvy where he was Head of Strategy for five years. Gen is the outgoing Chief Strategy Officer at ENGINE Creative where he was responsible for leading one of London's most diverse set of strategic minds in the business.
