Olya is a Media and Digital leader with over 15 years of experience across a range of enterprise organizations. She started career in Russian Digital agency where she was a part shaping the new Digital marketplace and helped brands like Coca-Cola to explore emerging digital channels. In her global role at OMD she led McDonald's & Bacardi businesses with focus on building media excellence and driving digital transformation, while winning awards and driving fame for their business. Recently Olya joint Heineken where she leads Data Driven Marketing agenda and supports Gender Task Force. To share the love of Media&Digital and help a new generation of talent, she has been mentoring colleagues and students at OMD & Southbank University.
