Gravity Active Entertainment is the UK’s fastest-growing leisure and entertainment company. The launch of their new flagship venue Gravity MAX in Liverpool ONE in August 2023 took the brand to a new level, introducing an exhilarating mix of competitive socialising, live entertainment, live sport, with four bars and a food hall.

Launching the concept at one of Europe’s leading retail and entertainment destinations, in a volatile economic market, required a dynamic and agile attraction-specific strategy. Gravity approached BWP Group, a leading fully integrated marketing agency, to spearhead the August 9th 2023 launch. Still a fledgling brand, BWP had to communicate immediate hype and awareness of Gravity MAX to the people of Liverpool, to ensure the venue was an instant hit. BWP's distinctive 3-month multimedia campaign had a high-impact, directly appealing to core audiences. This resulted in amplified brand awareness among customers, franchises, landlords, and stakeholders, achieving exceptional results and surpassing all KPI targets.
