Gen is a forward-thinking strategist who has over 20 years experience in the marketing industry having worked in integrated creative advertising and media agency roles across a diverse portfolio of clients from Volkswagen to Unilever to Heineken and Vodafone. Starting life as a media strategist, working at network agencies such as Mindshare and smaller independent agencies like Goodstuff. Gen then moved into creative strategy and brand strategy at creative agencies such as adam&eveDDB and Ogilvy where he was Head of Strategy for five years and most recently at ENGINE Creative where he was Chief Strategy Officer. Gen joined Weber Shandwick in August last year as Chief Strategy Officer for the UK and EMEA, responsible for leading integrated strategic output across the region working across a diverse portfolio of brands from Sky through to Nestle and Unilever.
