People hate banks for closing branches. It hurts communities. Halifax had a communications idea that created a feeling that banks can care about the place you live, with one of the most immersive collaborations of 2023.​

Ultimately this is an entry about restoring the link between community and banking, about a big national idea activated locally to celebrate shared communal pride in the places we live. It’s also about true, multi-partner, client and agency collaboration, to deliver an integrated and effective campaign. And about a shared determination to iterate and optimise YoY, striving to go bigger and better.
