On Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, global icon and multi-million record selling artist Kylie Minogue performed to an intimate crowd at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Tickets to the once in a lifetime show were made exclusively available to Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers through Priority, its customers loyalty programme.

The Kylie show was the latest concert in the series of exclusive gigs created especially for Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers via Priority. Working in partnership with Live Nation, other Priority gigs to date have featured Wizkid in at O2 Kentish Town in 2021 and Sam Fender at O2 City Hall Newcastle in May of 2022. With the support of longstanding partners like Live Nation (access partner) and Academy Music Group (venue partner) helping O2 establish a clear role in the music system, Priority from O2 continues to give customers exclusive and intimate access to the world’s finest musical talent within the walls of the UK’s most iconic venues.
