Munnawar is GB Marketing Director, Britvic PLC. She leads the Marketing vision, strategy, and activation for the brand portfolio and is also responsible for consumer insights and innovation including leading the technical packaging, formulation, and business programme teams. She is accountable for a portfolio of iconic brands that includes Robinsons, Tango, J2O and Pepsi. Munnawar joined Britvic PLC from Walgreens Boots Alliance in 2023 and is driving marketing transformation within the business. Before joining Britvic PLC, Munnawar held several senior global strategic and local leadership roles at WBA, GSK and Johnson & Johnson in beauty and healthcare. She has delivered growth for international brands including No7, Sensodyne, Neutrogena, Aveeno and Gillette and for leading UK brands including Walkers Crisps, John Smiths, Newcastle Brown Ale and Liz Earle and a personal favourite Monster Munch! Munnawar plays an active role in championing diversity and inclusion within the business and wider marketing industry. She is also on the board of Bucks & Berks FA.
